Thermatrol is a great local family owned and operated business. they are considerate of the needs of their community. I called them at about 1pm and told them I had an issue with my A/C and they were at my house within an hour. Great friendly service. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy; they showed up within the hour. The technician was professional and friendly and the repair was very reasonable. No up sell tactics. We will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

We've had a few glitches with our central AC and found it necessary to call fir help un figuring the problem out. After contacting Therm-a-trol and letting them know what was going on, we had an appointment set up for the next day. Arrived within said time. Worked efficiently on checking the condition of the AC, all was well since his previous visit, installation of the attic fan didn't occur as the part didn't fit, so he will return to finish. I was not charged the full fee as the job could not be completed. Cole, very good serviceman, you couldn't be more pleased with having him.

Called with concern about poor air quality reading I was getting on monitor and wanted to make sure it wasn't being caused by a malfunction of the heating system. They came over in less than 1/2 hour and checked system. Fortunately, equipment checked out, and issue most likely was a calibration issue with monitor. They did take extra time to check other equipment. Professional and courteous service. Glad to have service contract with them.

They installed a brand new unit in July and this was the first time really using the heat which has worked before. It did not work this morning when turning it on. I called at 8:20 that morning and they were there within 20 min of the phone call. I'm not used to that kind of service from anywhere really. I am very happy with Therm-a-trol. I originally spoke to Christian. He was courteous and helpful. Then Jason was sent to my home. Again, courteous, responsible, and helpful. Jason explained everything carefully. He finished his work in a timely fashion. He and his apprentice were clean and friendly. I will definitely use Ther-a-trol again and recommend them to all my friends.

They are the best I've had no AC they fixed it. They patched it but unfortunately it was extremely old and I added a room and it wasn't big enough so I had to go to a 5 ton unit heat and AC. Marty is great everybody in that place is awesome From the sales people to the people that come out on an emergency can't count on a better company. This all took place in 36 hours and I am up and running and down to 73° in my house. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Look at the pictures from the old stuff that is rusted and gross and I would say 23 years old to a brand new everything I would give them 10 stars if I could

Highly recommend! ThermATrol have been patiently servicing our existing aging AC units for years. We finally decided to replace all three units. Every technician especially Cole, Marty and Phil, have been very knowledgeable and professional, with great attention to detail particularly the relocation of one of our units. Loved how thoroughly they cleaned up when done.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I even purchased a whole new AC system from you in 2021. But I think you are now too expensive and overcharge for service. The $10 travel fee is one step too far. I won't be calling Thermatrol again. There are othe good companies servicing Sunrise Village. Sorry.

Don't use this place for repairs or anything else. They,ll loosen ur sharper vavle to leak out ur freon and tell u the unit is no good. Also they will make an appointment for u and never show up. Excuses like ,we had a lot of emergency calls.

Every other installer was offering me just two options on my new installation for central air conditioning needs. A traditional central air system or a traditional mini split system. .Therm-A-Trol offered me a third option which was not presented by anybody else which is ducted mini split system. I'm waiting for the estimate to come back before I make my decision. Will update the review once I get the estimate back.

While the 24-hour emergency line did not answer overnight (this turned out to be a third-party issue), once we were able to contact Therm-a-trol via Facebook and email, the response was immediate. The tech was at the house within 30 minutes of our messages and had the problem fixed within an hour. Very grateful they were checking messages even though the company was closed for the holidays!

Marty and partner (whose name I didn't catch) were a pleasure to deal with. They cleaned my heating system, patched some duct work and answered questions I had regarding the A/C and Water Heater. They were on-time, knowledgeable and nice to the dog! I love Therm-A-Trol and the people who work there.

WOW!!! Now this is what I call service. Great all around team. My old AC's air handler's condensation pan failed. Water in my son's bedroom. Former AC service company came out to verify pan had failed. They wanted me to wait three weeks for someone else to come out to give an estimate. I provided details of my system with some pictures via e-mail and had an estimate in two days. Work was scheduled as soon as my schedule could permit. Job site is cleaner then when team arrived.

Excellent experience beginning to end! Cole successfully resolved our air conditioning issue; one side of the house was not getting cold. We were thrilled as he was the third technician we had here, and the only one to rectify the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable.

We have had Therm-a-trol Company Services for our Air Conditioning System within our home as well as our sunroom for the past 13 years. Plus they have installed electronic purifier throughout our air-conditioning system. They are extremely professional, friendly, proficient, knowledgeable, and preform exceptional workmanship. We highly recommend them to everyone.

The tech I had, Marty Berscak, was great. I got the heads up a few minutes before he arrived, got right to work. He explained everything throughout entire investigation and repair process. The customer service leading up to this was an absolute pleasure as well. I could not recommend this company highly enough and if I ever do have an issue I know exactly who I will be using in the future.

Therm-A-Trol is such an outstanding company. There are no words to describe how fantastic they are. Carol in the office is amazing. I know how busy she is but she always finds the time to talk to me and never rushes off the phone. She provides customer service like I've never seen before. I want to give a special thank you to John, Marty and Rob. All of them have been great. I have been in the heating industry for over 30 years and I have never encountered a professional like John. He is polite, honest, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I have never been so impressed with a company as a whole. They are amazing and one of a kind.
