I called Thermatrol and they sent someone out next day! Jason was extremely helpful, professional and explained the issue in layman’s terms. This company came recommended and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else!

Called with concern about poor air quality reading I was getting on monitor and wanted to make sure it wasn't being caused by a malfunction of the heating system. They came over in less than 1/2 hour and checked system. Fortunately, equipment checked out, and issue most likely was a calibration issue with monitor. They did take extra time to check other equipment. Professional and courteous service. Glad to have service contract with them.

Cole was very friendly, professional and knocked the job out quickly and neatly. A nice guy and would recommend and use again. Hopefully wont be needed though lol!

They installed a brand new unit in July and this was the first time really using the heat which has worked before. It did not work this morning when turning it on. I called at 8:20 that morning and they were there within 20 min of the phone call. I'm not used to that kind of service from anywhere really. Thank you guys for fixing it in such a speedy and professional manner.

They are the best I've had no AC they fixed it. They patched it but unfortunately it was extremely old and I added a room and it wasn't big enough so I had to go to a 5 ton unit heat and AC. Marty is great everybody in that place is awesome From the sales people to the people that come out on an emergency can't count on a better company. This all took place in 36 hours and I am up and running and down to 73° in my house. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Look at the pictures from the old stuff that is rusted and gross and I would say 23 years old to a brand new everything I would give them 10 stars if I could

Highly recommend! ThermATrol have been patiently servicing our existing aging AC units for years. We finally decided to replace all three units. Every technician especially Cole, Marty and Phil, have been very knowledgeable and professional, with great attention to detail particularly the relocation of one of our units. Loved how thoroughly they cleaned up when done.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I even purchased a whole new AC system from you in 2021. But I think you are now too expensive and overcharge for service. The $10 travel fee is one step too far. I won't be calling Thermatrol again. There are othe good companies servicing Sunrise Village. Sorry.

Don't use this place for repairs or anything else. They,ll loosen ur sharper vavle to leak out ur freon and tell u the unit is no good. Also they will make an appointment for u and never show up. Excuses like ,we had a lot of emergency calls.

Every other installer was offering me just two options on my new installation for central air conditioning needs. A traditional central air system or a traditional mini split system. .Therm-A-Trol offered me a third option which was not presented by anybody else which is ducted mini split system. I'm waiting for the estimate to come back before I make my decision. Will update the review once I get the estimate back.

The owner is a wonderful lady that is on top of her business and we were even more impressed as we learned about all the great support she provides to our community. Marty and partner (whose name I didn't catch) were a pleasure to deal with. They cleaned my heating system, patched some duct work and answered questions I had regarding the A/C and Water Heater. WOW!!! Now this is what I call service. Great all around team. My old AC's air handler's condensation pan failed. Water in my son's bedroom. Former AC service company came out to verify pan had failed. They wanted me to wait three weeks for someone else to come out to give an estimate. I provided details of my system with some pictures via e-mail and had an estimate in two days. Work was scheduled as soon as my schedule could permit. Job site is cleaner then when team arrived.

Excellent experience beginning to end! Cole successfully resolved our air conditioning issue; one side of the house was not getting cold. We were thrilled as he was the third technician we had here, and the only one to rectify the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable.

I know how busy she is but she always finds the time to talk to me and never rushes off the phone. She provides customer service like I've never seen before.
